    Designed for adults 60 and older looking to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall health in a safe and supportive environment. Expert coaching helps members stay active, independent, and confident for everyday life.

  • Independent Single Session
    One-time facility access for certified independent trainers to conduct a private client session in a professional, fully equipped training environment. Subject to approved credentials and facility policies.

  • 12 Session Independent Personal Training Package


    A flexible package for athletes seeking consistent one-on-one coaching. Includes 12 personalized training sessions focused on improving strength, fitness, movement quality, and accountability while progressing toward individual goals.   • Adult & Child CPR/AED Certification

    Learn the skills and confidence to respond during cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies involving adults and children. This hands-on certification course provides practical training that can help save a life while meeting workplace, coaching, and caregiver requirements.

    ✅ Gain confidence using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
    ✅ Practice emergency response and scene assessment skills

Our Process

STEP 1: CONTACT DEAN CROSSFIT

Every journey starts with a conversation.

Reach out by phone, email, social media, or through our website. Tell us a little about yourself, your goals, and what brought you to DEAN CrossFit.

Purpose:
• Learn about your goals
• Answer initial questions
• Determine the best starting point

for your fitness journey Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.

STEP 2: BOOK A FREE CONSULTATION

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help us better understand your goals, training history, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations that may impact your journey.

During your assessment, we'll:

• Discuss your goals and priorities
• Review your fitness and training background
• Address any injuries, concerns, or limitations
• Provide a personalized recommendation
• Identify the best path forward for your success

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged for attending your assessment.

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

Your assessment is completely complimentary. Requiring a card on file helps us protect dedicated coaching time and ensures availability for athletes who are ready to take the next step.

STEP 3: MEET WITH A COACH

Sit down one-on-one with a DEAN CrossFit coach.

Together, we'll review your goals and discuss the best path forward. Depending on your experience level, this may include group classes, personal training, specialty programs, or our OnRamp process. Just in case but be prepared for a light workout.

Purpose:
• Build a coach-athlete relationship
• Develop a realistic action plan
• Set expectations for success

STEP 4: JOIN DEAN

Choose the membership or training option that best fits your lifestyle and goals.

Once enrolled, you'll gain access to expert coaching, a supportive community, accountability, and a proven system designed to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
