OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Productive Pain is a nationally recognized weightlifting team with members all over the country. We take pride in our program and in all of our lifters. - The team is solely focused on improving technique and strength in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. As much as we love cheering on our beloved CrossFitters, the Chasing Kilos family is for those looking to dedicate themselves to Olympic Weightlifting. There is no room for drop-in sessions. Everyone that joins is expected to complete a minimum of 1 cycle: 4 days are programmed, 3 of which a coach is with you to work on technique. Your knowledgeable CrossFit coaches are there to help your technique for CrossFit! If you'd like to improve technique with one of the Chasing Kilos coaches outside of team training, please feel free to reach out regarding one-on-one sessions. We run an average of 12 week cycles that lead up to competition whether local, national, or international.
